2013 has been a busy and productive year, and we finish with two important articles. The first outlines how intranets can be aligned with business objectives, while the second busts the myths and fears that surround enterprise social tools:

Intranets add the greatest value when they go beyond just providing content, to directly supporting business objectives. - There is (largely) nothing to fear from enterprise social media
Experience from many organisations is that enterprise social tools generate few (if any) problems.
A heartfelt thanks to everyone we’ve met, talked with or worked with throughout 2013. This really feels like the year that intranets have come of age, so we’re expecting great things in 2014!
